Xartner has provided key support to the Strategy and Architecture organisation at M&S providing Design Authority Management, Project Management and Solution Architecture resources to their largest strategic IT transformation programme. Xartner continues to provide resources working closely with the Assurance Function of the programme, the Architecture team and the Service Organisation. Xartner worked closely with the Programme Manager and Head of Strategy & Architecture to understand the business objectives, agree an effective engagement model, to establish and then lead an efficient team, to develop fit for purpose processes and then deliver a service balancing the delivery requirements against those of quality leading to a successful programme delivery.
